New Acting President of the Supreme Court of Spain

After the resignation of President Carlos Lesmes Serrano in 2022, Mr Francisco Marín Castán was appointed as Acting President of the Supreme Court of Spain. Mr Marín Castán is also the President of the Civil Chamber and served as Vice-President of the Supreme Court since June 2020.
