Ms Ioanna Klapa-Christodoulea took office on 28 July 2023, succeeding Ms Maria Georgiou, who retired in June 2023. President Klapa-Christodoulea joined the judiciary in 1984. She served as a judge of first and second instance and became Member of the Supreme Court on 11 Septemer 2020.
