New First President of the Supreme Court of Italy

Ms. Margherita Cassano will take up her post as First President of the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation on 6 March 2023. Ms Cassano became a member of the Supreme Court in 2006 and has served as Deputy President of the Court since 2020.
