Network’s Common Portal of Case-Law – Video Tutorial

The Common Portal of Case-Law is a search engine available on the website and Intranet of the Network. This search engine allows case-law search by different indicators on multiple national case-law databases. The Video Tutorial introducing the functionalities of the Portal is now available here.

The Portal is integrated with national databases of the following 17 countries: Austria, Belgium (2), the Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Three automatic translation tools (Google Translate, Deepl and the translation tool of the EU Commission) have been integrated into the Portal which enables users to access and read court decisions in any language supported by the tools (Google Translate: 108 languages, the translation tool of the EU Commission: 23 languages, Deepl: 11 languages).

The automatic translation feature is available to all users (public and registered), however, only registered users (those accessing the Portal via the intranet of the Network) benefit from Deepl translation.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Secretariat (amelie.bidarddelanoe@networkpresidents.eu) should you have any questions or comments regarding the Common Portal of Case-Law!
